Every individual needs vitamins and minerals for their nourishment and for their good health.
Every month of July , we are celebrating the Nutrition month celebration. This was conducting nationwide. This celebration aiming to advertise and to encourage every individual to eat vegetables and stay healthy. In this year, the theme is "Pagkain ng Gulay Ugaliin, Araw-araw Itong Ihain". This theme focuses daily eating vegetables. This Is to encourage the people to eat vegetables everyday because vegetables is a nutritious and rich in vitamins which our body needs.
We should eat vegetables so that we can do our daily task regularly.
